Working with DuraMAT: Capability Demonstrations and Data

Working with DuraMAT: Capability Demonstrations and Data

The second DuraMAT workshop was held in conjunction with the Bay Area Photovoltaic Consortium 2017 spring meeting on May 22–23, 2017, at Stanford University, Stanford, California.

This workshop, titled "Working with DuraMAT: Capability Demonstrations and Data," included oral presentations, poster sessions, and discussion panels. The goals of the workshop were to:

  1. Convene a group of experts from the national labs, academic institutions, and industry that can contribute to new materials, module, and testing solutions to improve module reliability and performance.
  2. Identify areas for high impact foundational research with input industrial partners, including photovoltaic manufacturers, module assemblers, and associated supply-chain companies.

The workshop was one of the regular annual meetings during the 5-year DuraMAT program, and it overviewed the Energy Materials Networks and the program objectives.
